Before you book
How to judge an event company by its photos.
Any company can post a good-looking stage. These five checks separate a real track record from a borrowed one, and you can run them on any gallery, including ours.
Ask for the client, the place and the year.
A stage photo with no company name and no date proves nothing. Every album in this gallery names the client, the place and the year, and many photos show the date on the backdrop itself, like the signature wall at the Stulz inauguration on 15 June 2026.
Look for set-up shots, not only the show.
Empty halls, arches and seating photographed before guests arrive show build quality, layout and whether the work was finished on time. They are also the shots a company cannot borrow from someone else’s event.
Check that the scale matches your event.
A 40-person offsite and a plant inauguration with hundreds of guests need different crews, power and logistics. Look for photos at your headcount, in your kind of venue: a hotel ballroom, a lawn or a factory floor.
Look at the details that went right.
Traditional welcomes, name boards, signage, safety briefings before a plant tour and food counters laid out for the queue. Small things done well are the best evidence that a company works from a checklist.
Watch for stock and generated images.
Warning signs are unfamiliar venues, no client branding anywhere, faces that look too perfect and the same photo on several company websites. Ask for more shots from the same event. A real album always has them.

From our Google reviews and client feedback. 5.0 from 440+ reviews.
“Excellent and well organized by OM events for our chennai plant soft launch inauguration.”
“It was our first opportunity to coordinate with your team for our employees day outing event, and we are extremely pleased with the overall experience. The entire event was planned and executed seamlessly.”
“OM Events organised an early Diwali party for us and it was absolutely amazing. One meeting with Santhosh and he notes every requirement, then delivers it.”

Questions about our work and this gallery.
Want photos from an event like yours? Call +91 89391 74777 and we will send a comparable album.
Are the photos in the OM Events gallery from real events?
Yes. All 161 photos were taken at corporate events that OM Events planned and delivered, between 2017 and 2026. The gallery uses no stock photography and no generated images, and every album names the client, the place and the year.
Which companies appear in the OM Events gallery?
Satrac, Stulz, Nippon Steel, Yamaha, Prashanth Hospitals, Raytech, IOPEX, Denodo, Kobelco, Takenaka India, Continuum Green Energy, the Indian Chamber of Commerce, ISSM Business School, Nokia, SBI and the World Bank Group’s WFA Chennai Knowledge Forum, among others. OM Events has worked with 150+ companies since 2016.
What kinds of corporate events are shown?
Eight categories: inaugurations of plants, factories and offices; product launches; conferences and summits; family days and employee days out; awards and parties; team building; sports and runs; and stage and venue work such as LED stages, seating and entertainment.
Can I see photos from one year or one type of event?
Yes. In the archive, choose a category, a year or both, and the counts update as you go. You can also open any album from the year by year section to see only that event’s photos.
Which event in the gallery has the most photos?
The Satrac plant inauguration at Sriperumbudur in February 2026, with 19 photos, followed by the Stulz Chennai factory inauguration (17 photos) and the Nippon Steel Employees Day Out (12 photos).
Why are there more photos from recent years?
The website archive was expanded in 2026, so recent events are covered in far more depth. The years 2017 to 2020 hold a small selection from the 1,130+ events OM Events has delivered since 2016.
Does OM Events provide photography and videography for corporate events?
Yes. Photography and videography can be included in any event we manage: candid and stage coverage, group photos and a highlights video, delivered after the event. Stage, LED and lighting are covered on our event production page.
Can we use photos from this gallery?
The photos show our clients’ events, so please ask before reusing any of them. If you are a client and need originals for a press release, an awards entry or an internal newsletter, contact us and we will send them.
Does OM Events publish every event it organises?
No. Many corporate events are internal, and some clients prefer not to be shown. The gallery is a sample of our work rather than a complete record.
Can you share more photos from an event like ours?
Yes. Tell us the kind of event, the headcount and the venue type, and we will send a larger album from a comparable event where the client allows it.
Where does OM Events organise corporate events?
Across Chennai and Tamil Nadu. The gallery includes events in Chennai, at Sriperumbudur, at Mahabalipuram and in Tuticorin, and we travel with our own crew so the standard stays the same in every city.
Does OM Events organise weddings or private parties?
No. OM Events has run corporate events only since 2016: conferences, inaugurations, launches, annual days, family days, team building, sports days and employee programmes. See the full list on our corporate events page.
