What are OM Events’ office hours?

Can we meet OM Events in person or at our venue?
Yes. You are welcome at the office by appointment, and before you confirm an event we visit the venue to check the space, power and load-in and to show you the stage drawing.
Does OM Events organise events outside Chennai?
Yes, across Tamil Nadu, including Sriperumbudur, Oragadam, Mahabalipuram, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Salem, Tuticorin and Hosur, with our own crew. Companies from Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru and other cities also brief us for their Chennai events.
Can OM Events organise an event at short notice?
Often, yes. We have delivered a team outing or small celebration in 3 days, a product launch or annual day in about a week, and a factory inauguration or a 1,000+ guest event in 3 weeks. More notice gives you better venues and prices, especially between November and February.
Is there a minimum group size or budget?
There is no fixed minimum. We run team sessions for groups from 20 people and events for 3,000+ delegates, and every proposal is priced to the brief rather than to a package.
I am a vendor or supplier. How do I work with OM Events?

Does OM Events organise weddings or private parties?
No. OM Events has organised corporate events only since 2016: conferences, annual days, product launches, inaugurations, team building, sports days, pharma meetings and employee programmes.
