OM CEEP: employee engagement programs in Chennai, on your own campus.

Two days of games, workshops, carnival and live snack counters, built inside your own office. No venue to book, no travel, no day lost to a commute. Run it monthly or quarterly, so engagement becomes a habit instead of an annual photograph.

The short answer

What is OM CEEP?

Reviewed by Santhosh SivadasanFounder, 17 years in corporate events. Updated September 2026.

OM CEEP is an on-campus employee engagement program run by OM Events in Chennai. It is a two-day activation built inside your own office: seven zones running in parallel, with fifty activities to choose from, including team games, creative workshops, strategy challenges, mind and body sessions, carnival performers, a VR zone and live snack counters. It repeats monthly, quarterly or as an annual edition, for any campus with 50 or more employees.

Most engagement budgets are spent once a year on one large day, and the effect has worn off by the following month. CEEP is built the other way round: a repeatable unit that lands inside your building on a cycle you choose. We bring the crew, the equipment, the performers, the trainers and the food counters through your gate, build the zones in your space, run them, and clear everything out. Your facilities team does not chase vendors and your HR team does not write the run sheet.

The two-day structure

Two days that do two very different jobs.

Day one is loud on purpose: it gets people out of their seats, mixing across departments and laughing in front of each other. Day two is the opposite, because a team that has just been energised is the easiest team to reach.

Employees in a team activity on a lawn during day one of an engagement program

Day one

Team bonding and high energy

Emcee led and deliberately competitive. This is the day that produces the photographs your internal communications will use for the rest of the year.

  • Emcee led games running through the day
  • Team challenges scored across departments
  • Creative workshops for anyone who would rather make than compete
  • Evening carnival zone with live snack counters

Loud · Competitive · Cross-department

Day two

Restore and experience

Quieter and slower, and run by certified instructors and licensed practitioners rather than our crew. The sessions people carry back to their desks happen here.

  • Yoga, Zumba and movement with certified instructors
  • Mindfulness, breathwork and stress sessions with licensed practitioners
  • Art therapy and quiet creative work
  • VR zone and an employee appreciation close

Calm · Restorative · Personal

The seven zones

Seven zones, built across your own campus.

Zones run in parallel and in rotation, so shifts and floors move through in waves without stopping work. Pick a pin to see what each zone holds and where it usually goes.

How a cycle runs

What happens before, during and after an activation.

The same crew runs every cycle, so nothing has to be explained twice and each edition is quicker to set up than the last.

  1. Two weeks out

    Site walk and zone plan

We walk your campus with facilities, mark each zone, power point and route, and agree the department waves.

  2. One week out

    Communications

Mailers, posters and floor standees, plus the timetable of which team visits which zone when.

  3. The evening before

    Build the zones

Crew, equipment and counters come through your gate and are built after working hours where your site allows.

  4. Day one and two

    Run it

An emcee, zone leads, performers, instructors and counter staff, with our crew on the floor throughout.

  5. The day after

    Clear out and report

Everything removed, the space handed back, and the photographs sent to HR with a short summary of the two days.

  • A spaceA hall, lawn, cafeteria, lobby or car park. Most campuses use three or four of these.
  • PowerSockets near each zone for sound, VR and counters. We bring the cabling.
  • Gate accessEntry passes for our crew and performers on build, event and clear-out days.
  • HeadcountEmployee strength and the department list, so the waves can be planned.

Choose the cycle

Three ways to run OM CEEP.

The difference is frequency and scale, not quality. A monthly pass keeps a rhythm going; the quarterly pass is the full two-day build; the annual edition folds into your annual day.

Monthly

The rhythm pass

One focused day, every month

A tight single-day activation that keeps engagement on the calendar without eating a quarter’s budget.

  • One day, two to three zones
  • Emcee led throughout
  • A rotating theme each month
  • The same crew every time
Plan monthly
Most takenQuarterly

The full CEEP

Two days, all seven zones

The complete program at full scale: both days, the carnival built properly, live counters running and the practitioners on site.

  • Two days, all seven zones live
  • Day one bonding, day two restore
  • Carnival performers and snack counters
  • Photography through both days

Annual

The annual edition

Folded into your annual day

CEEP built into the year’s flagship event, with stage production, awards and entertainment around it. Families usually come to this one.

  • Full stage, sound and lighting
  • Awards and recognition segment
  • Family zones including a kids’ area
  • Run with our corporate events team

The price moves with employee strength, how many zones run, one day or two, and whether licensed practitioners are needed. Every plan is an itemised list, not a lump sum, and arrives within 24 hours of the brief.

How it compares

OM CEEP compared with an annual day and an offsite.

They are not substitutes. Most of our clients run all three; CEEP is the one that fills the months in between.

Who it fits

Any campus with fifty people on it.

CEEP depends on two things: a space we can build in, and enough people to keep seven zones busy. These are the sectors we run it in most across Chennai and Tamil Nadu.

  • IT and software
  • Global capability centres
  • Manufacturing
  • Automobile
  • FMCG
  • Healthcare
  • Logistics
  • Banking and finance

Good to know

OM CEEP questions HR teams ask first.

Rather talk it through? Call +91 89391 74777 and you will reach our founder, not a call queue.

What is OM CEEP?

OM CEEP is an on-campus employee engagement program run by OM Events in Chennai. It is a two-day activation built inside a company’s own office, with seven zones running in parallel and fifty activities to choose from: team games, creative workshops, strategy challenges, mind and body sessions, carnival performers, a VR zone and live snack counters. It repeats monthly, quarterly or as an annual edition.

What is an employee engagement program?

An employee engagement program is a planned, repeating set of activities an employer runs so that people connect with each other and with the organisation beyond their day-to-day work. It works when it is regular and easy to join, which is why OM CEEP runs inside the campus on a monthly or quarterly cycle rather than as one large event a year.

How much does OM CEEP cost?

OM CEEP packages start from Rs 45,000. The price moves with employee strength, the number of zones, whether the activation runs for one day or two, and whether licensed practitioners are needed for the mind and body sessions. Every plan is an itemised list rather than a lump sum and arrives within 24 hours of the brief.

How many employees do we need for OM CEEP?

Fifty or more. CEEP depends on two things: a space we can build in, and enough people to keep the zones busy. Larger campuses run all seven zones in waves across departments and shifts.

What space do you need on our campus?

A hall, lawn, cafeteria, lobby or car park; most campuses use three or four of these. We also need power points near each zone, gate access for our crew and performers, and the employee strength and department list so the waves can be planned. We bring everything else.

Will OM CEEP disrupt work?

No more than a long coffee break. The zones run in parallel and teams rotate through them in waves by department or shift, so the office keeps working. The zones are built after working hours where the site allows, and cleared out after the second day.

What activities are included in OM CEEP?

Fifty activities across seven zones: TeamSpark fun games (9), Tune and Create workshops (6), FunScape team challenges (7), mind and body sessions (14), carnival entertainment (5), a VR and tech zone (4) and live snack stations (5). You choose which zones and activities run in each activation.

How often should we run OM CEEP?

Monthly for a light, single-day rhythm with two or three zones; quarterly for the full two-day program with all seven zones, which is the cycle most clients choose; or once a year as an annual edition folded into the annual day, with stage production, awards and family zones.

Is OM CEEP the same as your employee wellness program?

No. CEEP is about engagement and activity: games, workshops, carnival and food counters, with one zone of mind and body sessions run by certified instructors and licensed practitioners. The employee wellness program is a separate year-round calendar focused on health, such as health check camps, ergonomics clinics and mental health sessions. See the employee wellness program page.

Can OM CEEP run across several offices or cities?

Yes. We run the same activation across several Chennai campuses on different days, and travel with our crew to Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Salem, Tuticorin and Hosur, with travel shown as a separate line in the plan.

How far ahead should we book an OM CEEP activation?

About two weeks for a single activation, which leaves time for the site walk, the zone plan and the internal communications. For a monthly or quarterly cycle we fix the calendar once at the start, and the annual edition follows the lead time of your annual day.

How do we get a plan for OM CEEP?

Call or WhatsApp +91 89391 74777 with the employee strength, the campus location and the cycle you have in mind. Santhosh Sivadasan, our founder, replies personally and an itemised plan follows within 24 hours.
